I made this spoon to celebrate my birthday.
I found this log on the sidewalk, outside my apartment, when I was on my way to visit my dad and it just spoke to me. I knew I will make something for my birthday because it was such an unusual piece. Beautiful bark and some mushrooms and little did I know that it will also have burl inside. A beautiful celebration of nature, and my life. With all that it taught me.
